Explore Our Health and Wellness Events: Nurturing Mind, Body, and Spirit in 2025

I've always believed that our health and wellness go far beyond just the food we eat or the workouts we complete. It’s about the connections we create, the laughter we share, and the new experiences that color our lives.


This year, we’re excited to invite you to a variety of health and wellness events designed to nurture every aspect of your well-being. Let’s dive into what we have planned and discover how you can thrive in 2025!


Mindful Connections: Building Community


Community - being seen, heard and held together - is at the heart of health. Our Circle sessions are perfect for those looking to engage and bond with others in a supportive environment. Through group meditations, individual time to share, and shared ritual, these workshops will help you build meaningful relationships while honouring the importance of mental wellness. After all, a strong community can uplift us, motivate us, and spark joy in our lives. For January, our Circle sessions are FREE for both members and non-members.


Our next Circle session is Wednesday 22nd January, 7-8pm.

Create and Craft: Express Yourself


Our health and wellness journey is also about tapping into our creative side. Join us for our Slow Stitching workshop (March 1st), were you can step into spring with a beautiful morning of calming slow stitch inspired by nature. Create your own unique hand stitched piece of artwork using botanically dyed cloth and fabric remnants. The practice focuses on the soothing rhythm of stitch and the colourful arrangement of fabrics designed for relaxation and mindfulness rather than technique. You do not need any experience with sewing at all.


Not only will you leave with beautiful creations, but you’ll also connect with others who share your passion for creativity.

Embrace the New: Try Something Different


The beauty of wellness is that there's always something new to explore. This year, we are thrilled to offer lots of different ways to explore your health: from our next Release Face Yoga workshop (January 18th), Drumming Circle (22nd March) and Yoga Arm Balances (22nd February) and Handstand (March 15th) workshops. Each event encourages you to step outside your comfort zone, fostering both physical and mental wellness and resilience - all while you connect with yourself and each other.


Dare to Dance

Welcome to Dare to Dance, led by Sarah. A monthly social event (with our first one Thursday 9th January 7-8.30pm). where we begin by warming up our body with gentle yoga inspired movement. Following a carefully curated playlist, we unfurl to our feet to dance like no one is watching. Weaving in a celebration of the seasonal altar, Sarah offers you a blessing, before coming back to lie on our mats. Here we end the evening with a guided meditation, or simply rest into a beautiful piece of music.


Lit only by fairy light, Sarah's intention is to create a space for each woman to move to the beat of her own heart. There is an invitation to follow simple choreography, or an opportunity to move your own way. Sarah encourages you to find what feels good in your unique body. Dare to Dance is a small social gathering for women. There is no expectation, no desired outcome, simply an opportunity to dance freely.


Rest & Relax


Our popular Relaxation Sound Baths with Hayley are continuing once a month this year. Join us for your end of week de-stress with this soothing sound bath. Hayley uses both crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to create a space to deeply relax and unwind from your week. Sound baths are about creating the space to truly experience relaxation in mind and body.


The next sound bath is on January 17th 7.20-8.30pm.
