Who is who?
Caroline
Caroline is the creator of Fresh Air And. She runs many of our sessions, as well as leading our small group courses. She's a personal trainer, yoga teacher, nutrition coach and Internal Family Systems practitioner.

Jane
Jane is our strength coach and is our in-house expert on everything peri-menopause and menopause.
She coaches from a wealth of experience and a cracking sense of humour, and you'll find her leading our weekly strength sessions.

Ruby
Ruby is the founder of an award-winning aromatherapy brand called Devaiya and is an experienced massage therapist and super trainer of Face Yoga. She is passionate and natural self-care and strives to give her clients the best holistic care which is tailored to their needs.

Hayley
Hayley is our qualified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She has completed intensive training on the professional therapeutic use of singing bowls, tuning forks and gongs and delivers our group sound baths.
As well as her sound therapy training accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, she holds both a Bachelor of Music degree and a Master of Music Therapy degree. She has worked as a Music Therapist for 6 years in settings such as schools, care homes and privately.
One-to-One and other services offered:
- Individual 1:1 sound therapy including contact use of the bowls for sound massage
- Small Group Private Sound Therapy (2-3 people)'
- Group Private Sound Therapy and Sound Bath events (4+ people)'
