5 Way for Incorporating Mindful Body Listening into Your Daily Routine

At a very young age, we're conditioned and taught to disconnect from our bodies, and that impacts the way we experience emotions, how we choose to move and feed it, how and when we get ill, and what we choose as our goals and ambitions.

We're not taught to understand our bodies signals. By pausing, we might start to notice, and name the sensations (this can feel easy, or incredibly difficult to begin with).
