Over the next few weeks, we're going to explore our nervous systems together, and we're starting with the nervous system state that a lot of us spend a lot of time in!


I like to nickname this state the 'stressy' part of our nervous system...


Our sympathetic nervous system is often over-activated in today's world (sometimes with our health practices exacerbating a system that is already out of whack). So what is our sympathetic nervous system, and which parts of us live in this state?
