Recognize any of these thoughts and feelings around food?

It's important to recognise that we are all different when it comes to food, and our emotions around it can feel very tangled, so as to make change feel very difficult (even if part of us wants to call it simple/easy, so why can't I do it?!)

Sometimes these parts can feel extreme in thoughts, feelings and actions, and sometimes they are a lot subtler than that, whispers in thoughts and feelings. Whether you agree with the labels/names I have used here, it's still an invitation to see what lands for you... and in that a chance to step a little further into self-awareness and compassion...
