Root & Return
A Somatic IFS Circle

It's time to come home to yourself

Root & Return is a 6-week, somatic, IFS-informed circle for anyone longing to slow down, soften the noise, and meet themselves with more curiosity and care.

It’s not a course. Not a fix.

Just a steady space to breathe, notice, and be witnessed - exactly as you are.

What to expect

Each 75-minute session we’ll settle into the body, land together, and explore gentle practices drawn from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic work.

You’ll be guided through grounding, self-connection, and reflection, with time to share or simply listen.

No one is expected to perform, explain, or be “healed.”

The invitation is to practice showing up - for yourself, your parts, and with others doing the same.

You might come if you're:

  • Feeling disconnected, overextended, or untethered

  • Curious about IFS but not ready (or able) to start 1:1 sessions

  • Already doing self-guided IFS or IFS therapy and you want an additional way to stay connected between sessions

  • Wanting to rebuild trust with your body or emotions

  • Longing for consistent space to rest, reflect, and root back in

Hi, I'm Caroline

I’m a somatic practitioner and IFS-trained facilitator, with a background in teaching, embodiment, and holistic wellbeing.

I work from the belief that we each have a natural, innate capacity to heal - and that we do so best when we’re witnessed with compassion and without hierarchy.

If you’d like to know more about my training and approach, you can read about my 1:1 work here.

Why “Root & Return”?

Because healing isn’t about transcending your mess or becoming someone new.

It’s about remembering what’s already here - your body’s wisdom, your parts’ stories, your capacity to return again and again to yourself.
