ONLINE Vinyasa yoga class, where we link our movement to our breath as we flow through different poses. Yoga is moving meditation and is amazing for helping with stress and anxiety. Do something kind for your mind and your body with these sessions. Tuesday - 7pm with Emilie An August Introduction to Slow Flow based on Vinyasa Yoga, but taken down a level to help ease you out of your head and into your body, allowing you to wind down for the night. Thursday - 5.45pm with Caroline A creative, open-level vinyasa flow class to stretch, strengthen and de-stress. You will receive a link to the Zoom meeting about half an hour before class via email. Please ensure you are logged on with ten minutes to go to ensure smooth start times.
