Join Ruby, certified super trainer and teacher of Face Yoga, for this workshop focused on 'Detox'.

Learn how to boost lymphatic drainage and stimulate the lymph nodes in your face and neck to detox your face and reduce puffy, tired and dull skin. This workshop introduces you to lymphatic drainage with facial massage and will also cover breath work and relaxation. Please come along in comfy and loose clothing.

Facial oil and mirrors will be provided. One drink from our Nourish Station is included per person.
