Practicalities:

• Make sure you can see all participants by clicking the Gallery View button in the upper right corner of your Zoom Meeting screen (If a Gallery View button doesn’t appear, you’re already in Gallery View.)
• Seeing each other is important and builds trust. It’s more difficult to be vulnerable when one of the members of your group shows up as a black square. I encourage you to have your video camera on (unless you need to step away from your computer for a moment or are interrupted by a family member).
• To speak raise hand
• Clarity, consciousness & kindness in communication.
