Join us for a festive vinyasa flow class, suitable for all levels. Christmas outfits welcome! Our practice will last an hour, where in this busy time of year we pause amidst the madness to take a little time for ourselves, have some fun and flow. 

This is followed by some social time together. Meet other members of the community and get to know everyone a bit better, spread a little Christmas love and enjoy a warming drink. Options are tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
