This calming session will guide you through the mindful practice of pressing herbs and flora into clay. Experience the therapeutic touch of natural elements, as the workshop helps reduce anxiety and fosters relaxation. 

Hannah’s MA research into the therapeutic process of using earth clay supports a creative and mindful approach which ensures a deeply restorative experience, leaving you with a sense of peace and a beautiful clay creation to take home or to put back to the earth in your garden or special outdoor space following the session.
